LINES OF RESEARCH

She is an expert in analysis of proteins (protein extraction, quantification and 1- and 2-D electrophoresis), lipids (oxidized products, fatty acid profile) and determination of the elemental composition of food and feed (crude protein, crude fiber, amino acids, determination of moisture and ash contents).
